The Mind Filter is in the business of helping individuals and teams uncover and cultivate their talents. We work with people to help them to be happy and successful at work and with organisations, designing and delivering workshops, coaching executives and developing teams.

My name is Jo Henwood, founder of The Mind Filter, qualified executive coach, experienced trainer and facilitator.
As well as bringing extensive up to date subject knowledge to our client's and programmes, I overlay my practical experience of being a Leader, Manager, L & D and HR professional in business.
Where these meet is the "sweet spot" that targets my expertise to where it is best applied for professional success and improved business performance.
